Personal assistant

Looking for the personal assistant for the owner of Israeli textile company and model for catalog shootings. It`s one position. Main job is of personal assistant, and shootings are as an addition. You can be from any city in Ukraine.

Work is mostly in Kiev(Ukraine), sometimes in Tel-Aviv(Israel), as well sometimes there will be business trips to other countries. Salary is fixed - 1000$ per month, for business trips tickets, accomodation, food are provided.

First month is probation period, part-time job. Next months it is full-time job, schedule is flexible. The employment is minimum for one year. Weekends, vacations are provided, but you should warn about taking vacation in advance.

Duties:

-performance of business and personal assignments

-making reservations of restaurants, hotels, book flights

-payment of the bills

-purchase of the decoration for apartment, office staff

-schedule business meetings

-sometimes baby-sit(the age of child is 8)

-shootings for the catalogs of the textile company
