I was born and raised in Omsk, Russia. I come from a large extended family, but my core immediate family consists of my parents and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. As far as I can remember I wanted to be a model. As a child I had all the dreams that most children have, becoming rich and famous, being beautiful, and the center of everyone’s attention. Modeling seemed to be the right course for me. I began to pursue my dream of being a model by taking some initial classes in Omsk, and later Russia. I realized I was enjoying it very much. My dreams of modeling also were maturing. I came to see a modeling career as not only something fun to do with my life, but I also saw it as a way to help people. I could help my family, but hoped to one day be able to use my fame to help people and especially children. I began to model full time, while also continuing my studies. I think I’ve found a good balance of the two and am enjoying every minute of it. I really enjoy modeling and have discovered it is a constant learning process. I learn so much every day about all the aspects of modeling, beyond posing, I enjoy learning about all the behind the scenes processes that photographers, stylists and everyone else go thru to bring an image to life. I have met so many talented and creative people in this industry. The process inspires me, makes me work harder to help create new visions. Beyond the work is the fun, I enjoy traveling, and modeling has allowed me to travel a great deal. I’ve worked in New York, Los Angeles, France, Italy, China, Germany, and other countries. It’s nice to be exposed to all the different cultures and meeting different people everywhere I go. I’ve heard that for some people it takes a while to discover and decide what they want to do with their life. I found out pretty early what I want to do. I get to do that all the time now, for that I feel I am very lucky.
