Password

Forgot your password? Use the password recovery form and we will email you a reset link. While signed in, you can change it any time in your password settings.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your settings. After you confirm, your profile is deactivated and scheduled for removal.

No access to your email

If you cannot sign in and the mailbox the page was registered with is gone, password recovery will not help. Write to support@podium.im and we will restore access to the page or delete it once we have confirmed it is yours. Please include:

• A link to the page — the full address of the profile in question.
• Proof that the page is yours: a photo of you holding your open passport at the first page, with your face and the document both clearly visible.

The document is needed only to confirm that the page belongs to you.
