Moderation policy
Moderation on Podium.im is based on fixed, published rules — not on a moderator’s personal taste. We never remove a photo because of its genre, style or artistic choices. A photo is removed only when it falls under one of the specific rules below.
Photos we always remove
These rules are absolute: content that falls under any of them is removed regardless of its technical or artistic quality.
- Pornography. Any depiction of sexual acts or masturbation.
- “Met-art”-style erotica. Staged nude photography where the poses deliberately expose or emphasise the genitals — even when professionally shot.
- Genital close-ups. Frames where the genitals are the main subject.
- Anything illegal. Any sexualised imagery of minors (removed immediately, the account is banned and the case is reported to the authorities), intimate images published without consent, and any other content that breaks the law.
- Duplicates. The same shot uploaded more than once, as well as near-duplicates — crops, re-edits or barely different frames of the same shot. We keep only the first uploaded copy and remove the rest, whether the duplicates sit in one album or across several.
- Low technical quality. Images that are too small, heavily pixelated, hopelessly out of focus or ruined by compression to the point where the work can no longer be judged; screenshots and photos of screens.
- Off-topic content. Podium.im is a portfolio platform for models, photographers and other creative professionals. Images unrelated to that purpose — memes, advertising graphics, random everyday snapshots — are removed.
Allowed with an 18+ mark
Artistic nude, boudoir and implied photography are a legitimate part of the industry and are welcome on Podium.im — as long as they stay within the rules above and are marked 18+. The 18+ mark hides the work from guests and from members who have not enabled adult viewing. Our automatic scanner may also send unmarked adult content for review.
What we never remove for
- Genre, style or artistic choices — moderators do not judge taste.
- Low ratings, dislikes or critical comments.
- Nudity as such, when the work is marked 18+ and does not break the rules above.
Hiding from the photo stream
The shared photo stream is a curated showcase of the site. Photos that do not match the site’s editorial policy may be hidden from the stream without being removed — they stay in your profile and albums.
How it works
When we remove a photo, the decision rests only on a specific rule from this list. Repeated or serious violations — especially of rules 1–4 — can lead to posting restrictions or an account ban.
If you believe a rule was applied to your photo by mistake, contact support — we will re-check the decision.
